About The Position

Chestnut Land Company, the largest and fastest-growing domestic franchise partner of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, is seeking a Crew and Shift Leader to join their team at the Asheville Mall location. This role involves delivering a high-quality customer experience through food preparation, service, and maintaining operational standards.

Requirements

• Crew age requirement: 16
• Shift Leader age requirement: 18

Responsibilities

• Prepping, making, and serving pretzels and other products.
• Greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner.
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
• Directing restaurant operations in the absence of management.
• Monitoring breaks, overtime, and scheduling for employees (Shift Leader).
• Assisting with training new employees (Shift Leader).
