About The Position
Auntie Anne's is seeking a Crew and Shift Leader to join their team at the Northwoods Mall location. Auntie Anne's is known for its homemade, freshly baked, golden brown soft pretzels served with a smile. Chestnut Land Company, the largest and fastest-growing domestic franchise partner of Auntie Anne's Pretzels, is offering this opportunity. This role involves delivering a high-quality customer experience through food preparation, baking, serving, and customer interaction. The Shift Leader will also direct restaurant operations in the absence of management, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. Chestnut Land Company, a franchisee of Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon, started in 1994 and has grown to over 100 locations across 14 states. Requirements
- Crew age requirement: 16
- Shift Leader age requirement: 18
Responsibilities
- Prepping, baking and serving pretzels as well as other products.
- Greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly and efficient/accurate manner.
- Directing the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
- Monitoring breaks, overtime and scheduling for employees.
- Assisting with training new employees.
