About The Position

Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is seeking part-time independent interpreters to interpret for parents at Birth to Three with Therapist, parent-teacher conferences, School IEP meetings, etc. Interpreters must have daytime availability. This is an in-person role located in the Dover, DE area. There is an immediate need for Creole language interpreters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 daytime hours, 2 times a week.
• At least 1 year of professional interpreting experience on resume.
• Willingness to undergo a background check (Federal, State, and Child Abuse Registry).
• Reliable phone service for contact.
• Comfortable using a computer for job input.

Nice To Haves

• Documentation to show proficiency in languages other than English (if not available, may be asked to complete a proficiency test).
