About The Position

Bridge Credit Union is seeking a Credit Union Branch Manager to direct and administer operational efforts across regional branches. The manager ensures established policies and procedures are followed, oversees a full range of services for members and prospective members, and ensures members receive prompt, professional service. The role also develops new business relationships with prospective members and businesses and trains, directs, and supervises branch staff.

The work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Approximately two weeks of initial training are required at the Columbus, Ohio location, Monday through Friday. Hotel accommodations are provided for employees who need to stay overnight, and mileage is reimbursed under Bridge Credit Union's travel policy.

Requirements

• Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of sales and promotion techniques.
• Familiarity with credit union branch functions, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and conscientious.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Honest and ethical.

• Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of credit union services and products.
