The Credit Risk Manager will be responsible for underwriting and structuring new prospective transactions, as well as renewals, extensions, increases, and material modifications and amendments for existing clients. This role involves participating in external client meetings and internal deal team discussions, identifying and mitigating risks, advising on credit policy, and providing guidance on loan structures and risk appetite. The position requires performing due diligence, producing credit presentations, and presenting credit requests to the appropriate authority. Additionally, the Credit Risk Manager will oversee portfolio monitoring, ensure compliance with loan agreements, and prepare various reports. This role also includes participating in special projects related to portfolio management.
