About The Position

Professional is hiring Credit Representatives to provide customer service and assist consumers navigating challenging financial situations. Using the company’s omnichannel communication technology, representatives interact with consumers by phone, live chat, email, and text. The company provides training, including instruction in collections, customer service, negotiation, and sales techniques.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week. Regular hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. During the first two weeks, training is 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM–6:00 PM. The first 45 days require on-site training at the West Chester, Pennsylvania office. After successful completion of training, the role may transition to a hybrid or fully remote arrangement.

Compensation begins at $17.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission. The listed salary range is $17.00–$20.50 per hour. Health, dental, and vision insurance are available beginning the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Paid time off and paid holidays are available after 60 days of employment.

Requirements

• General computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple screens.
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute.
• Good decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers through phone, live chat, email, and text.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Navigate customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology.
• Negotiate payment agreements, resolve customer concerns, and help consumers get out of debt.
• Use negotiation and sales techniques to assist consumers.
