Bartle & Gibson is seeking a self-motivated and dependable Credit Manager with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This role involves managing major customers within the accounts receivable portfolio, developing customer relationships, reviewing aged trial balances, verifying invoice accuracy, and collaborating with the Sales team. The Credit Manager will also handle customer inquiries, set up accounts, investigate and approve credit applications, grant credit levels, generate monthly statements, reconcile credit accounts, and follow up on outstanding accounts. The position requires minimizing company risk, implementing effective collection strategies, identifying root causes of late payments, and recommending process improvements. Additionally, the Credit Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising the credit department and completing other assigned duties.
