Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Economics
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2
Nice To Haves
- Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Completion of at least two college-level accounting courses
- Previous internship or relevant work experience in business, finance, banking, or accounting
- Interest in pursuing a career in commercial banking
Responsibilities
- Participate in best-in-class commercial credit training and gain valuable experience over the course of a yearlong internship
- Learn how businesses operate by analyzing financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and other factors used to evaluate creditworthiness
- Work alongside analysts, managers, and lenders to support real-world commercial lending decisions
- Explore career opportunities within commercial banking and build a foundation for future roles in lending, business development, and bank leadership
