About The Position

The Credit Development Analyst supports the sales organization. This role leverages automation and financial analysis to manage a portfolio of SMB partners. Working under general supervision, the Analyst collaborates with sales, credit operations, and partners to deliver credit solutions, ensure risk mitigation, and enhance operational efficiency. The role requires strong analytical capability, sound judgment, and a foundational understanding of Ingram Micro’s financial solutions and credit practices.

Requirements

Requires broad theoretical knowledge typically acquired through advanced education
2-4 years of general business or finance-related experience
Foundational financial analysis skills and understanding of key financial indicators
Sound judgment and decision-making skills for basic problem-solving
Foundational negotiation and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of SMB partners, balancing revenue growth objectives with prudent AR risk management
Apply automation and financial analysis to support credit decision-making and portfolio health
Partner with sales teams and resellers to enable business growth through effective credit solutions
Collaborate with credit operations to support credit processes and resolution of account issues
Evaluate basic financial data to assess creditworthiness and support recommendations
Utilize company policies, procedures, and systems to resolve a variety of credit-related issues
Exercise judgment within defined practices to determine appropriate actions
Escalate complex issues and consult with senior or specialist team members as needed
Maintain strong partner relationships through professional communication and responsiveness
