This role is located at our downtown, Buffalo NY location. We offer a hybrid work schedule, 3 days onsite and 2 days from home. Your Role: The Credit Development Analyst, works closely with the SMB (small to medium size) sales team, playing a vital role in helping the company achieve its strategic goals and deliver strong results to the market. Supporting the sales organization to grow revenue and SOW, while managing AR risk. Applies automation and financial analysis to manage a portfolio of SMB (small to medium size) partners with credit lines up to approximately $500K. Engage with resellers, sales teams and credit operation teams. Strong understanding of financial analysis. Sound judgment and decision making for basic problem solving Foundational negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
