About The Position

Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Credit Analyst or Senior Credit Analyst to join our growing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred
• Recent college graduate looking for entry level position in a growing company
• Some prior work experience in financial services industry preferred but not required
• Familiarity with concepts, procedures and processes typically used in finance
• Quick learner of the proprietary computer system used to manage and underwrite the accounts
• Preparation or ability to review documents and reports using Microsoft Office based products
• Good organizational, clerical, numeric, oral and written language skills
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Experience in commercial underwriting for a Regional or National Bank (2+ years)
• Experienced in underwriting deals in excess of $1,000,000
• Expected to be able to calculate DSCR, Liquidity, Working Capital, Leverage, LTV based on financial statements
• Familiarity with corporate tax return analysis
• Capable of creative writing/narrative building to relay the request, risk assessment, and analysis to approval committee
• Commercial Underwriting experience

Nice To Haves

• Versed in Commercial Real Estate underwriting (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

• Gather required documents and additional information needed to process and review new loan applications, requests for existing accounts, and handle annual renewals.
• Spread and analyze business financial statements, tax returns and other supporting documents used in providing credit recommendations.
• Work with Credit Manager, Account Manager, VP and CCO of Commercial Credit team.
• Complete Legal Documents required for approved Retailer Credit Lines.
• Collect all conditions of Approval from Retailer.
