About The Position

This role is responsible for developing and implementing credit policies, managing credit risk, overseeing the collections process, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This role requires a strong background in revenue cycle management and exceptional customer service skills.

Requirements

• 5 years or more of experience in these functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency in ERP and accounting software for collections.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine creditworthiness of potencial clients.
• Manage the team responsible for collections, credit approvals, and customer account maintenance.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and reduce DSO.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding overdue accounts and resolve disputes.
• Collaborate with sales and legal teams to manage delinquent accounts.
• Lead and develop team members through coaching.
