Our client NewRez, one of the largest mortgage servicers in the US is seeking a customer-driven professional to add to their mortgage service team. This is a hands-on customer service representative that will be assisting homeowners with past-due mortgages (>60 days past due). This is a full-time, on-site position in Tempe, AZ. Inbound call center role (7 calls per hour), some outbound calls during wait-times. Soft collections /early delinquency (<60 days past due). Assisting homeowners with questions and walking them through options to bring their mortgage back to current. No aggressive collections — accounts over 60 days are routed to a separate team. No prior experience required; NewRez provides extensive training and hires long-term.
