About The Position

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to support Accounts Receivable. The role balances customer credit needs with financial risk and compliance requirements, applying financial analysis to business decisions while building relationships with internal teams and customers. It also includes exposure to credit management and sales tax compliance.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• At least 3 years of experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using AS400 and/or Oracle software.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and determine the creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
• Communicate credit decisions and concerns to internal teams and customers.
• Review credit requests for extended show terms.
• Update customer terms, credit limits, and supporting account documentation.
• Contact customers to obtain resale and tax exemption certificates and help increase tax compliance rates.
• Monitor Keystone Automotive Operations tax issues and coordinate follow-up with internal and external customers.
• Assist with audits and tax compliance activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
