About The Position

Arch is seeking a Credit Analyst to support the Credit team in managing approximately $11 billion in corporate bonds across multiple portfolios. The role involves analyzing assigned credit coverage, preparing research for senior review, contributing to portfolio discussions, and developing relative value observations and trade ideas. The analyst will also participate in discussions with issuers and research providers about credit and material sustainability factors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject, such as finance or economics.
• 1–3 years of experience in investment, credit research, or a related analytical function.
• Practical knowledge of credit instruments and fixed income markets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain analysis within the department.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and independence on complex assignments.

Nice To Haves

• Progress toward CFA certification.
• Familiarity with the BlackRock and Aladdin platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain credit models for assigned coverage using established analytical approaches.
• Prepare clear credit write-ups on issuers, sectors, and situations for senior review.
• Present analysis and explain conclusions during portfolio discussions.
• Develop relative value observations and trade ideas within assigned coverage.
• Participate in discussions with issuers and research providers on credit and material sustainability factors.
