About The Position

Maximus is a doctor-led men's health company offering subscription-based treatments. They differentiate themselves by conducting their own research and focusing on provable results. The company is seeking a part-time Creator & UGC Manager to grow and manage their existing creator program. This role is responsible for finding talent, structuring deals, and managing the creator roster on a weekly basis, with the goal of producing ad-ready videos for their paid media team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience running creator or UGC programs for a DTC brand, agency, or creator marketplace, with significant volume.
• Proven ability to source and close creators end-to-end.
• Experience negotiating and closing deals covering rates, rights, and deliverables.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple creators and deadlines simultaneously.
• Clear communication skills for providing instructions and feedback to creators.
• Fluency in Meta and TikTok content performance, with a focus on paid results.
• Comfort working within a regulated category (health, wellness, or similar experience is a plus).
• Self-directed and able to manage a part-time schedule independently.
• Experience with creator marketplaces like Trybe and SideShift is mentioned as a sourcing channel.

Responsibilities

• Find new talent through outreach on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, as well as creator marketplaces.
• Vet creators for on-camera credibility, paid-social experience, audience quality, and willingness to work in a regulated health category.
• Maintain a bench of vetted creators ready for briefing.
• Replace underperforming creators and invest in successful ones.
• Negotiate and close creator deals, including rates, deliverables, revision rounds, turnaround times, usage rights, and platform permissions.
• Issue contracts and ensure consistent terms across the roster.
• Translate creative briefs into clear, specific asks for creators, including content requirements, deadlines, and approval criteria.
• Manage payments and track usage rights for all creator content.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the creator roster, including scheduling, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Route creator submissions through the review process, provide revision notes, and manage the filing of approved videos.
• Maintain the creator pipeline tracker and provide weekly status updates.
• Incorporate performance learnings from paid media into creator recruitment and deal structuring.
• Deliver 50+ ad-ready creator videos per month initially, with plans to scale.
