About The Position

Cariloha is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Creator Commerce Specialist to support and scale its creator, affiliate, and social commerce ecosystem. This role serves as the operational backbone for the Creator Commerce team, providing support for affiliates, influencers, social publishing, content production, and campaign execution. The specialist will ensure creators are activated, content is published, reporting is accurate, and campaigns run smoothly. Additionally, this role will offer hands-on production and operational support for commercial shoots, content days, and marketing activations. This is a cross-functional role suitable for individuals who are both analytical and creatively inclined, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are eager to grow within creator-led commerce.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, content production, or digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of LTK, ShopMy, and/or Impact Radius platforms.
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong written communication skills (captions, creator outreach, coordination).
  • Comfortable working across multiple fast-moving projects.
  • Basic proficiency in Canva (required).
  • Interest in or exposure to photo/video production or shoot environments.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and creator platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working in spreadsheets and reporting tools.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and willing to “run around and get things done”.
  • Strong team player who thrives in execution-heavy environments.
  • Available to travel 30-40% all the time.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with influencer or affiliate programs.
  • Exposure to TikTok Shop or social commerce ecosystems.
  • Basic photo/video capture or editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
  • Experience assisting on brand shoots, production sets, or content studios.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and management of affiliates and influencers.
  • Coordinate product seeding, gifting, and campaign logistics.
  • Maintain creator communication (email, DMs, follow-ups, briefs).
  • Ensure creators have all necessary assets, links, and tracking information.
  • Track deliverables and ensure timely content posting.
  • Assist in execution of influencer campaigns from start to finish.
  • Maintain campaign trackers (content status, approvals, links, performance).
  • Support content approvals and ensure brand alignment.
  • Help coordinate contracts, usage rights, and creator payments.
  • Support campaign reporting and wrap-up documentation.
  • Own day-to-day publishing across TikTok, Instagram, and other social channels.
  • Schedule and post content aligned with content calendar and campaign priorities.
  • Write captions, tag products, and optimize posts for engagement.
  • Monitor comments and community interactions, escalating as needed.
  • Help maintain a consistent and on-brand social presence.
  • Pull and organize performance data across affiliate platforms, social channels, and influencer campaigns.
  • Track key metrics including engagement, conversion, and revenue contribution.
  • Build weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Identify top-performing creators and content trends.
  • Source, organize, and manage user-generated content (UGC).
  • Support briefing creators on content needs and deliverables.
  • Maintain a structured library of high-performing content for reuse.
  • Support whitelisting and paid media teams with content organization.
  • Provide hands-on operational support for commercial shoots, campaign days, and content productions.
  • Assist with on-set coordination, including product prep and setup, prop organization, and shot list support and logistics.
  • Support creative and production teams during photo and video shoots.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content and supplemental photography/video when needed.
  • Ensure assets are properly organized and delivered post-shoot.
  • Create simple, on-brand graphics using Canva (social posts, stories, campaign assets).
  • Assist with basic editing or resizing of content for social use.
  • Support creation of internal decks, briefs, and campaign materials.
  • Ensure visual consistency across creator and social outputs.
  • Support the broader Creator Commerce team across creator campaigns, social commerce initiatives, and live commerce and content programs.
  • Keep projects moving by managing timelines, trackers, and communication.
  • Act as a highly reliable operational support resource across multiple initiatives.
