About The Position

The Creative Strategy Lead develops and designs compelling, strategic proposals that clearly communicate ideas aligned with client objectives and key performance goals. This role combines creative strategy, marketing expertise, and strong presentation skills to translate complex value propositions into clear, client-facing solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep curiosity about client challenges, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to drive high-impact, revenue-generating marketing and creative strategies for leading B2B organizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 4–6 years of experience in advertiser marketing or sales.
  • Media or publisher experience that informs an understanding of the evolving media landscape.
  • Experience working with or for blue-chip B2B organizations.
  • Proficiency with Figma and similar design or collaboration tools for creating visually engaging presentations and proposals.
  • Experience using Keynote and Google Slides to build high-impact, client-ready presentations.
  • Ability to approach revenue opportunities with curiosity, ingenuity, and originality.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for the quality and impact of work delivered.
  • Comfort leading collaborative brainstorming sessions with internal teams, agency partners, and clients.
  • Ability to work effectively with sales and delivery teams in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and design compelling, strategic proposals—often in presentation format—that clearly communicate ideas aligned with client objectives and key performance goals.
  • Build a deep understanding of the organization’s brand, products, and value proposition, and translate that narrative into clear, client-facing solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong curiosity in uncovering client challenges, priorities, and business goals to inform tailored recommendations.
  • Leverage research, insights, and data to support strategic direction and creative concepts.
  • Own and drive cross-functional processes in partnership with sales and delivery teams, ensuring alignment from pre-sale through execution.
  • Clearly connect client challenges to proposed solutions and articulate the value of recommended approaches.
  • Apply knowledge of the evolving media landscape, including emerging platforms and integrated opportunities, to elevate client strategies and proposals.
  • Lead collaborative brainstorming sessions with internal teams, agency partners, and clients to refine ideas and develop integrated proposals.
  • Partner with senior leadership on high-visibility presentations and key client engagements.
  • Deliver polished, confident presentations in internal and external settings, effectively communicating strategic concepts and recommendations.
  • Manage a high volume of work by overseeing approximately 4–7 deliverables each week while maintaining high quality and strategic rigor.
  • Contribute to the development of brand, creative, and marketing strategies for clients, with a focus on blue-chip B2B organizations.
  • Drive revenue growth by developing and presenting marketing strategies that generate measurable business results.
  • Maintain strong project management and organizational practices to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
