The Performance Creative Strategist leads creative strategy for a portfolio of ecommerce clients within their pod. You drive advertising performance through data-informed creative direction — bridging the gap between paid media insights and high-converting creative execution. You own the full creative lifecycle, from ideation and briefing through to delivery and optimization, and you are ultimately accountable for the creative performance of your accounts. You will be measured against the following KPIs on an ongoing basis: Hit Rate: Target 100% | Green: 20%+ | Red: <80% Revision Rate: Target 100% | Green: <10% | Red: >10% On Time Delivery: Target 100% | Green: 95%+ | Red: <95% Error Rate: Target 0% | Green: <0.05% | Red: >0.05% In addition, you will be expected to develop a comprehensive creative testing framework for the DTC brands in your pod.
