About The Position
The Job Placement Program is a temporary work placement program which allows our most talented frontline Team Members to gain professional work experience and networking opportunities by completing temporary work assignments in our theme park offices. The goal is to prepare frontline Team Members to transition into full-time careers!
Requirements
- Problem solver, detail oriented, tenacious, can-do attitude, self-starter.
- Willingness to learn and seek out information.
- Must be current USH Team Member.
- Must have full open availability.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Smartsheet a plus.
- Experience in Tech Services or Operations a plus.
- Ability to communicate visually is a plus especially utilizing Illustrator, photoshop, In-Design, Sketch-up and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Assist with collection of creative documentation for the Fast and Furious attraction to ensure proper maintenance of creative intent.
- Monitor CSQ requests inside Smartsheet to ensure timely communication with requestors and IPs.
- Create an SOP for Show Quality Inspection build and maintenance including a general timeline for varying types of attractions.
- Create documentation that outlines IP approval processes post opening.
