About The Position

The Job Placement Program is a temporary work placement program which allows our most talented frontline Team Members to gain professional work experience and networking opportunities by completing temporary work assignments in our theme park offices. The goal is to prepare frontline Team Members to transition into full-time careers!

Requirements

  • Expertise in CCTV systems, network infrastructure, IP protocols, and video management software.
  • Ability to physically install, configure, and troubleshoot surveillance equipment.
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring proper system configuration.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift heavy equipment.
  • Effectively communicating with clients and explaining technical concepts clearly.
  • Must be current USH Team Member
  • Must have full open availability

Nice To Haves

  • Eligibility: Attendance - TM must have 8 or below attendance points AND no more than a Written Warning 2 in the last 6 months
  • Variance - TM must have 7 or below variance points AND no more than a Final Written Warning in the last 6 months
  • Behavioral - No more than a Final Written Warning level discipline in the last 6 months
  • Probationary Status - TM must have passed or be within 75% Through probation during application/ selection and must have passed probation as of start date of role

Responsibilities

  • Installing cameras, network components, recording devices, and other surveillance hardware at designated locations.
  • Performing routine checks on surveillance systems, including camera functionality, recording quality, and network connectivity.
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues with surveillance systems, including camera malfunctions, network disruptions, and recording errors.
  • Installing software updates, firmware upgrades, and new features on surveillance systems as needed.
  • Managing network infrastructure related to surveillance systems, including IP addresses, network protocols, and access control.
  • Maintaining detailed records of system configurations, maintenance activities, and incident reports.
  • Must be able to provide progress reports on LP platform.
  • Providing technical support to clients regarding surveillance systems, including training on system operation.
