JPP - Wellness Assistant
About The Position
The Job Placement Program is a temporary work placement program which allows our most talented frontline Team Members to gain professional work experience and networking opportunities by completing temporary work assignments in our theme park offices. The goal is to prepare frontline Team Members to transition into full-time careers! This role provides on-site support for the HHN Wellness Stretch & Flex Program, helping facilitate activities that promote Team Member wellness, mobility, injury prevention, and overall well-being. The assistant will support Wellness Trainers through effective communication, education, and program engagement. Responsibilities include preparing and distributing necessary equipment and supplies, tracking participation, engaging with Team Members, providing on-site support, and serving as the primary liaison between Wellness Trainers and Team Members at each location. The role ensures compliance with all program policies, procedures, and operational protocols to maintain a safe, consistent, and effective wellness experience. The assistant fosters a positive and engaging environment by encouraging Team Member participation and supporting wellness initiatives throughout HHN. Additional duties may be assigned to support the success of wellness programs and the overall health and well-being of USH Team Members.
Requirements
- Extremely energetic, positive and proactive when communicating with fellow Team Members and working with vendors.
- Position requires extensive periods of standing/walking, moderate lifting.
- Eligibility: TM must have 8 or below attendance points AND no more than a Written Warning 2 in the last 6 months.
- Variance: TM must have 7 or below variance points AND no more than a Final Written Warning in the last 6 months.
- Behavioral: No more than a Final Written Warning level discipline in the last 6 months.
- Probationary Status: TM must have passed or be within 75% through probation during application/selection and must have passed probation as of start date of role.
- Must be current USH Team Member.
- Must have full open availability - including HHN nights.
Responsibilities
