About The Position

We are looking for a detail-obsessed, highly organized Creative Operations Specialist to project manage and help realize creative concepts—on time, on brand, and on point. As a core partner to the broader creative team, you’ll help the Creative Operations Lead plan, manage, and deliver projects that bring our brand to life. You’ll sit at the center of cross-functional collaboration, connecting creative, marketing, and business stakeholders to ensure work is delivered on time, aligned to the brief, and executed at a high standard. This isn’t just task tracking—you’ll actively manage workflows, anticipate blockers, and help scale how our creative team operates.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in project management, creative operations, or a similar role within a brand, marketing, or creative environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and navigating competing priorities
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana (or similar platforms) and collaboration tools like Google Workspace and Slack
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly connect stakeholders across creative and business teams
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to processes and workflows
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • A “company-first” mentality, with a willingness to give and receive direct, constructive feedback

Responsibilities

  • Support the Creative Operations Lead in planning, managing, and coordinating brand and creative projects from intake through delivery
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows to ensure projects stay on track and aligned to the brief
  • Identify gaps in project briefs and leverage research and stakeholder input to clarify direction and requirements
  • Hold stakeholders accountable to timelines, deliverables, and commitments, proactively flagging risks and driving resolution
  • Coordinate project kickoffs, syncs, and status check-ins to maintain momentum and visibility across teams
  • Manage feedback and revision cycles, ensuring input is clear, actionable, and implemented efficiently
  • Serve as the central hub for project communication, ensuring clarity, consistency, and transparency across collaborators
  • Establish strong cross-functional relationships across Marketing, Events, Product, and other key partners
  • Manage and maintain the team’s project management tools and systems (Asana, Google Suite, Slack, Bynder)
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes, workflows, and team efficiency

Benefits

  • Flextime, recognition, and support for autonomous work: Flexible time off with ample learning and development opportunities to continue growing your career.
  • We offer a comprehensive onboarding program, leadership training for Titans at all levels, and other programs and events.
  • Great work is rewarded through Bonusly, peer-nominated awards, and more.
  • Holistic health and wellness benefits: Company-paid medical, dental, and vision for you and your dependents, RSP match, and an employee assistance program.
  • Support for Titans at all stages of life: Parental leave and support, up to $20k in adoption reimbursement, on demand maternity support through Maven Maternity, free breast milk shipping through Maven Milk, financial planning tools, and more.
