This role focuses on developing and executing visual content to support dealership marketing efforts, creating high-quality, brand-compliant designs across digital and print channels, and supporting the overall marketing strategy. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One to three years of related experience in marketing
Must have a current and unsuspended motor vehicle license.

Nice To Haves

Passion for social media and video.
Proficiency with video and photo editing tools and different digital media formats.
Ability to understand current and future trends with digital content.
Knowledge of copyrighting and adhering to PAG social/video policies.
Excellent communication skills.
Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree
Three to five years' experience in a similar position

Responsibilities

Design and produce creative assets for digital advertising, social media, email campaigns, websites, and print materials
Work with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and deliver creative that supports performance goals
Build and update email templates that are responsive and visually engaging
Adhere to all brand standards and compliance.
Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices.
Reports and tracks effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Communicate clearly with internal teams to gather input, provide updates, and incorporate feedback
