Creative Marketing & AI Specialist
About The Position
We are seeking a highly creative individual to help build and grow our internal marketing capabilities at DiBiase Heating and Cooling. This role is not a traditional corporate marketing position; instead, we are looking for a creator, thinker, builder, and experimenter who understands the future of marketing, including the strategic use of artificial intelligence. You will be responsible for creating content, growing our brand, experimenting with new ideas, and leveraging AI to enhance marketing execution, speed, research, creativity, automation, and decision-making. The ideal candidate is curious, ambitious, and eager to learn and figure things out, with a strong portfolio and demonstrated ability being more valuable than traditional credentials. This is an opportunity to grow with a developing marketing department and take on substantial responsibility.

Nice To Haves
- Traditional marketing experience
- Experience as a content creator, freelancer, recent graduate, marketing or communications student, film/video student, graphic designer, social-media creator, or self-taught AI or digital-marketing enthusiast
- Experience using AI to improve marketing execution, speed, research, creativity, automation, and decision-making
- Experience with AI agents, workflows, and internal systems
Responsibilities
- Create videos featuring our team, customers, projects, and company culture
- Develop content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Create recruiting and customer campaigns
- Help develop and protect the DiBiase brand
- Create advertisements and creative concepts
- Photograph and film technicians, projects, and company events
- Edit short-form and long-form video
- Test new creative ideas and measure their effectiveness
- Use AI to accelerate content and campaign development
- Build marketing automations and repeatable workflows
- Research competitors, markets, and customer behavior
- Support email, SMS, website, SEO, and digital lead-generation efforts
- Bring new ideas to the marketing team
