This role is for someone who enjoys combining design, storytelling, and technical outdoor products to create clear, compelling creative work. You’ll work closely with brand, marketing, and product teams to bring Rocky Talkie’s story to life through thoughtful, high-quality creative work. This role provides leadership across our creative execution, with a focus on three core areas: creative direction, visual storytelling, and creative production systems. Rocky Talkie has a unique opportunity to build a creative identity that reflects both the craftsmanship of our products and the environments where they’re used. Our customers rely on our radios in demanding conditions, and the creative work that represents our brand should reflect the same level of care, durability, and authenticity. You’ll help shape how Rocky Talkie shows up visually across every customer touchpoint—from product launches and marketing campaigns to educational content and partnerships. As Rocky Talkie grows, we are expanding into new activities and professional use cases where reliability and trust are critical. The creative work that supports these efforts must balance compelling storytelling with clarity and credibility. Experience producing creative work that communicates both inspiration and technical trust is especially valuable in this role.
