We are looking for a Lead Creative Strategist to act as the "strategic translator" between our Media Buyers and our creative execution team. You aren't just making "pretty" ads; you are building a data-based roadmap to understand why creative works and how to iterate for scale. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will lead the creative vision and oversee a team of junior strategists to drive repeatable wins for our DTC partners. Success in this role means establishing a structured, repeatable cadence for testing and decision-making. You will bridge the gap between performance data and creative execution.
