About The Position

We are looking for a visionary Creative Director to join Definity, a leading technology company focused on AI-driven solutions and digital transformation. As we continue expanding our global presence, this role will lead and evolve Definity’s creative ecosystem, ensuring world-class visual execution aligned with complex consulting and technology initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a senior creative professional who combines strong traditional design expertise with modern AI-assisted creative workflows , elevating both brand governance and strategic visual communication across the organization. This opportunity is open to U.S. based candidates willing to relocate and work onsite from our Monterrey, Mexico offices .

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in design, branding, or creative direction.
  • 3+ years in a leadership or Creative Director role .
  • Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong visual judgment , modern aesthetics, and high-end execution.
  • Proven experience integrating Generative AI tools into design workflows (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, or similar).
  • Strong expertise in branding, visual systems, and digital design execution.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling visual narratives.
  • Fluent professional communication in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field.

  • Experience working in consulting firms, professional services, or B2B environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and oversee Definity’s visual identity across all regions, ensuring brand consistency across internal and external communications.
  • Establish and maintain scalable brand guidelines, design standards, and creative frameworks.
  • Lead the adoption and integration of AI tools across creative workflows, from ideation to final asset production.
  • Promote ethical and efficient use of generative AI to enhance productivity, quality, and scalability.
  • Partner with consulting, marketing, and leadership teams to translate complex strategies into high-impact visual storytelling.
  • Develop executive-level creative assets including proposals, reports, presentations, and digital experiences.
  • Manage and prioritize design initiatives across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide creative team members while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Optimize creative processes to balance efficiency, innovation, and brand excellence.
