At H&R Block, the Director, Creative plays a critical role in how our brand comes to life in the market. This leader owns the creative vision and output across all marketing—ensuring our work is distinctive, high-quality, and aligned to our brand strategy while performing effectively across channels. Operating at the intersection of brand, strategy, and execution, this role translates brand strategy into compelling creative systems, campaigns, and content that resonate with customers and drive business outcomes. This leader partners closely with Brand Strategy, Go-To-Market (GTM), Content, and Media teams to deliver cohesive, integrated marketing experiences. Success in this role means elevating the creative standard across the organization—delivering breakthrough ideas, ensuring consistency and impact across channels, and building a scalable, high-performing creative function. You’ll shape how H&R Block shows up in the market—owning the creative expression of a nationally recognized brand. You’ll work across the full marketing ecosystem, partnering with Brand, GTM, Media, and Product teams. You’ll lead and build a creative function focused on delivering breakthrough, high-impact work. You’ll have the opportunity to elevate creative standards and drive meaningful business impact at scale.
