About The Position

The Creative Content Coordinator elevates the District’s visual brand and storytelling through high-quality graphic design, video production, and strategic content development. This position translates District priorities into visual storytelling and multimedia strategies, leads the design and creative execution of districtwide campaigns, and creates compelling stories that highlight students and staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multimedia production, marketing, or related field required
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional design or multimedia experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design experience required
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong understanding of branding, layout, digital design, and ADA accessibility standards
  • Proficiency in videography and editing software
  • Ability to manage multiple creative projects with competing deadlines
  • Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Social media management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic campaigns by contributing creative concepts, visuals, and storytelling approaches that help achieve District marketing and communications goals
  • Produce, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that showcase the student experience, including academic programs, activities, events, and districtwide initiatives
  • Design a wide range of print and digital materials aligned with District priorities as determined by the Executive Director of Communications, including booklets, signage, infographics, presentations, and other materials
  • Create digital assets for the website, newsletters, and social media
  • Capture photo and video content across the district
  • Develop and maintain template libraries and creative toolkits to support District initiatives
  • Publish content on social media, using best practices to maximize reach and engagement
  • Continuously research and apply emerging trends in video, design, and social media to keep content relevant and effective
  • Identify opportunities to highlight student/staff achievement and District programs in creative ways
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with District branding, accessibility standards, and quality expectations
