About The Position

This role is part of our Maker Program, an 18-month rotational experience designed for early-career talent looking to build foundational skills across marketing, creative, and consumer-facing functions. As a Creative AI Associate, you’ll work at the intersection of creative production, automation, and AI. You’ll help develop scalable solutions that generate, adapt, distribute, and refresh creative assets across Tubi’s channels. This role is part of a broader rotational program within the marketing organization and offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of high-impact projects across Growth Marketing, SEO, Creative, Brand Marketing, and Data Science. This is a strong fit for someone who has creative instincts, technical curiosity, and excitement about using AI and automation to improve creative production. Success in this role will be centered around the ability to build and optimize creative at massive scale while partnering with other teams to calibrate these assets for their most optimal performance.

Requirements

  • Up to three years of combined professional experience, including internships; recent graduates welcome
  • Strong interest in creative production, design systems, content workflows, or creative technology
  • Familiarity with modern AI tools for text, image, or video generation, and excitement about applying them to real operational problems
  • Comfort working in languages commonly used for automation — Python and/or JavaScript — or a clear appetite to learn quickly
  • Committed and available to work for the entire 18-month length of the program

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with social platform APIs (Meta, Google) or creative tooling APIs (Figma, Adobe, Canva) is a plus
  • Exposure to CTV, performance marketing, or SEO is a plus
  • Strong bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and genuine excitement about operating inside a test-and-learn environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and improve AI-powered workflows, internal tools, and automations that support creative generation, editing, versioning, distribution, and refreshing
  • Develop systems that generate creative and editorial variations at scale across paid, owned, and emerging channels, with particular focus on video, CTV, and landing page ecosystems
  • Calibrate our AI driven solutions to produce assets that best resonate with our audience
  • Partner with Product + SEO to produce editorial content and design assets that power landing pages and fuel organic growth
  • Help develop systems that incorporate performance signals into the creative process, enabling more informed optimization
  • Use API integrations to source imagery, populate web pages programmatically, and keep our creative libraries refreshed
  • Design, build, and fine-tune your own AI agents to own specific creative production and distribution workflows end-to-end
  • Partner closely with Growth Marketing, SEO, Creative, and Marketing Data Science to ensure creative output maps to measurable performance outcomes
