The Axiom Studio is seeking a driven, strategic, and eagerly resourceful Account Manager (AM) to partner with clients, inspire them, and help their visions come to life. The AM will be responsible for understanding client needs, driving projects, and acting as an advocate for both the client and Axiom. This role involves landing new clients, ensuring client success and growth, and developing relationships consistent with Axiom’s business plan and creative goals. The AM will serve as the connective tissue between client ambition and project reality, diving deep into client businesses to understand their goals, challenges, and audience. They will be the go-to contact from onboarding onwards, managing timelines, budgets, and creative direction. Collaboration is key, with the AM partnering with the Business Development Team, Designers, Engineering, and Production teams to craft strategies and project scopes. Responsibilities include leading conversations around contracts and rates, defining scope of work, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role requires a creative mind and financial savvy to seek new clients, grow existing accounts, and cross-sell services. This is a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where priorities can shift quickly, requiring energy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to produce high-caliber work under pressure. The AM will also play a key role in shaping client satisfaction and profitability by tracking forecasts, reviewing invoices, leading account reviews, and setting the tone for client onboarding and planning meetings.
