About The Position

The Table Games Dealer 3 is responsible for dealing all table games, including craps, in accordance with all rules and regulations. This role involves analyzing customer play, identifying potential scams, and maintaining a secure and compliant gaming environment. The dealer will also be responsible for customer service, record-keeping, and adhering to operational procedures.

Requirements

Ability to apply basic math (arithmetic, ratios, proportions, or conversions).
Ability to apply oral or written communication techniques.
Must be highly customer-focused and maintain a positive atmosphere, being friendly and informative as needed.
Strong hand-eye coordination.
Prior experience in direct customer contact.
Experience in handling large volumes of cash.

Responsibilities

Deal all table games, including craps, according to rules and regulations.
Analyze customer play, cheating scams, and unusual or suspicious variations of play.
Review and communicate table game activities with supervisors and managers.
Answer customer inquiries regarding gaming procedures and payouts.
Clean work area as designated by management.
Verify customer identification when needed.
Accurately use computers to enter, access, or retrieve data.
Keep accurate records of monetary exchanges, authorization forms, and transaction reconciliations.
Sign and date all paperwork as required.
Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.
