About The Position
The Table Games Dealer 3 is responsible for dealing all table games, including craps, in accordance with all rules and regulations. This role requires analyzing customer play, identifying potential cheating scams, and reporting unusual variations in play. The dealer will also communicate table game activities with supervisors and managers, answer customer inquiries about gaming procedures and payouts, and maintain a clean work area. Accuracy in using computers for data entry and record-keeping, including monetary exchanges and transaction reconciliations, is essential. The position demands excellent customer service and communication skills.
Requirements
- Apply basic math (arithmetic, ratios, proportions, or conversions).
- Apply oral or written communication techniques.
- Must be highly customer focused and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Must be friendly and informative as needed.
- Strong hand-eye coordination.
- Prior experience in direct customer contact.
- Experience in handling large volumes of cash.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer play, cheating scams, and unusual or suspicious variations of play.
- Review and communicate table game activities with supervisors and managers.
- Answer customer or public inquiries regarding general gaming procedures, payouts, etc.
- Clean work area as designated by management.
- Verify identification of customers when needed.
- Accurately use computers to enter, access, or retrieve data.
- Keep accurate records of monetary exchanges, authorization forms, and transaction reconciliations.
- Sign and date all paperwork as required.
- Provide excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
