PENN Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic individuals for a Casino Dealer position. This position offers competitive hourly pay plus tips, with full-time and part-time opportunities available. A sign-on bonus of up to $1500 is offered for experienced dealers. For those without casino dealing experience, a paid Dealer School is available, where you can learn the necessary skills to become a professional Table Games Dealer while earning a paycheck during training. The hiring event provides an opportunity to meet the hiring team, learn about the Paid Dealer School, interview onsite, and explore career growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer-facing customer service experience required.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 pounds with reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, stoop, crouch, kneel, balance, and work in a variety of environments, including confined spaces.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Nice To Haves
- Experienced Table Games Dealers.
- Previous related experience and/or training preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deal table games in a casino environment.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Learn and apply skills taught in the Dealer School program (for new entrants).
