About The Position

Merchandisers stock Coca-Cola products in retail accounts, ensuring shelves, displays, coolers, racks, and end caps are fully stocked and properly maintained. Responsibilities include rotating product, monitoring date codes, and maintaining product quality and freshness. Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company produces, sells, and distributes the highest quality and best tasting Coca-Cola and Monster Beverages across the states of Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois. Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum one year of work experience required; grocery, retail, warehouse, merchandising, manual labor, or related experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work.
Personal vehicle required for work use.
Valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and acceptable driving record with no major violations within the last three years.
Experience with pallet jacks and high-loader lifts preferred.
Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire.
Basic technology skills, including smartphone and/or laptop use.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

Stock and replenish products in shelves, racks, displays, and coolers using manual or powered equipment.
Transport product from backroom/storage areas to the sales floor and ensure deliveries are fully worked.
Build, maintain, modify, and remove displays according to company standards.
Maintain signage, clean product areas, and secure damaged or defective product.
Organize and manage backroom inventory, monitor stock levels, and partner with store management as needed.
Follow FIFO procedures and rotate front-stock and back-stock weekly.
Process damaged product, repack product, organize pallets and shells, and complete required paperwork.
Communicate through Teams after servicing each account, including recap photos, out-of-stock issues, customer concerns, and store check-in/check-out.
Maintain professional relationships with customers and coworkers.
