About The Position

Dragonfly Cares is seeking a highly organized and proactive Coverage Admin to support our staffing and operations team. This role plays an important part in ensuring service continuity by coordinating provider coverage, supporting onboarding activities, maintaining operational records, and assisting with key administrative processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, communicates confidently with professionals, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, operations, staffing coordination, recruiting support, healthcare support, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working across multiple platforms and systems.
  • Committed to accuracy, accountability, and teamwork.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting healthcare, education, staffing, or service-based organizations.
  • Familiarity with scheduling, onboarding, or workforce coordination processes.
  • Exposure to healthcare platforms, applicant tracking systems, or practice management software.
