About The Position

The Court Technology IT Support Analyst works for the Elkhart County Judiciary at the Elkhart County Judicial Center. The role is responsible for installing, managing, and decommissioning hardware and software; analyzing and solving problems; and maintaining the security and integrity of systems. The position is 40 hours per week, with hours that vary Monday through Friday, and requires travel within the county. The position is scheduled to be filled December 14, 2026.

Requirements

• High school diploma or HSE.
• Working knowledge of and ability to install, upgrade, manage, and decommission hardware and software solutions, including PC equipment, peripherals, Microsoft products, VoIP, and mobile technologies.
• Ability to assist users with technical inquiries and issues, provide guidance and training on IT systems and applications, and document user interactions and solutions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, and sound knowledge of office procedures and practices.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Must complete the driving page on the application; travel is required within the county.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree preferred.
• Possession of or ability to obtain and maintain CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft, and/or ITIL certifications preferred.
