The position also offers courtroom support, accompaniment, and outreach to survivors, and facilitates support groups. Administration duties include maintaining confidential client records in agency databases, managing grant reporting and grantor relationships, adhering to documentation procedures, and translating documents when applicable. Stewardship involves increasing awareness of victimization, prevention, and resources through public speaking and media requests, participating in community meetings, and promoting professional relationships. Professional development includes staying informed of best practices, attending training, and maintaining necessary skills and knowledge.
