About The Position
Pherson is seeking a Course Developer / Instructional Designer with a TS/SCI w/FS Poly (TS/SCI ISSA) security clearance. This position will design and redesign classroom modules using blended learning principles, set learning objectives, develop/revise lesson plans, and refine content based on student feedback; for online learning, develops web-based training plans and interactive content with SMEs.
