The ideal candidate is driven to identify, anticipate, and solve operational challenges across multiple programs that serve thousands of students. They adapt to changing needs or circumstances and demonstrate initiative and sound judgment in both routine and unexpected situations. Under supervision of the Assistant Manager of Scheduling and Staffing Operations, this role facilitates, coordinates, and oversees the technical and administrative processes involved in monitoring and staffing courses. The position supports the delivery of large-scale courses and programs with facilitated support components, and works closely with faculty, instructional designers, and operational teams to ensure high-quality, consistent, and timely course delivery. The role is execution-focused, and ensures that courses are adequately staffed to comply with quality and operational expectations, while meeting college and university deadlines.
