About The Position

ConvenientMD is seeking a Courier Driver to join our growing logistics and operations team. As a Courier Driver, you’ll play a vital role in transporting medical specimens and supplies between our clinics, labs, and distribution centers across ME, NH, and MA. You’ll be the face of ConvenientMD in our communities – ensuring timely, safe, and reliable deliveries that directly support patient care. This is more than a driving role. It’s a chance to contribute to the patient experience by maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and a positive attitude every time you’re on the road.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• Previous driving, delivery, or courier experience preferred (healthcare or logistics a plus).
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong time management.
• Trustworthy, courteous, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and a patient-first mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Applicants must be prepared to pass a DOT physical or provide proof of a current, valid DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport medical specimens, supplies, and equipment between clinics, labs, and distribution hubs.
• Scan and document specimens at pickup and drop-off to ensure accurate tracking and timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in company vehicles, representing ConvenientMD with integrity.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with clinic staff and team members.
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and DOT regulations to ensure secure and compliant specimen handling.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Report vehicle concerns, incidents, or delays promptly to supervisors.
• Communicate regularly with the Courier Manager and logistics team to adjust routes as needed.
• Support coverage for additional routes or shifts when required.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture built on accountability and trust.
