About The Position

ConvenientMD is seeking a Courier Driver to join their logistics and operations team. This role is vital in transporting medical specimens and supplies between clinics, labs, and distribution centers across ME, NH, and MA. The Courier Driver will be the face of ConvenientMD in the communities, ensuring timely, safe, and reliable deliveries that directly support patient care. This position requires professionalism, accuracy, and a positive attitude while on the road, and applicants must be prepared to pass a DOT physical or provide proof of a current, valid DOT medical card. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is also required.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• Previous driving, delivery, or courier experience preferred (healthcare or logistics a plus).
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong time management.
• Trustworthy, courteous, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and a patient-first mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Applicants must be prepared to pass a DOT physical or provide proof of a current, valid DOT medical card.

• Healthcare or logistics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport medical specimens, supplies, and equipment between clinics, labs, and distribution hubs.
• Scan and document specimens at pickup and drop-off to ensure accurate tracking and timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in company vehicles, representing ConvenientMD with integrity.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with clinic staff and team members.
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and DOT regulations to ensure secure and compliant specimen handling.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Report vehicle concerns, incidents, or delays promptly to supervisors.
• Communicate regularly with the Courier Manager and logistics team to adjust routes as needed.
• Support coverage for additional routes or shifts when required.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture built on accountability and trust.
