About The Position
This position provides basic support that helps caseworkers deliver important services to children and families. It is an essential role that works closely with caseworkers and keeps daily operations running smoothly across the agency.
Requirements
- Graduation from high school; or Any equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Meet the PA residency requirement.
- Able to perform essential job functions.
- Satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable rides for children and families to scheduled appointments
- Observe and document supervised visits between parents and children
- Help clients access community services as directed by casework staff
- Complete logs, organize case files, and handle routine clerical tasks such as copying and data entry
- Assist with transportation and tasks related to court-ordered services
