As a County Intellectual Disabilities Program Specialist 1, you will perform the following duties: Plan Review: Assess Individual Support Plans to verify that authorized waiver services match documented needs Utilization Tracking: Monitor service usage trends and review reports from systems and provider agencies Agency Reporting: Request and analyze utilization reports from service coordination agencies Provider Support: Work with waiver providers to encourage timely billing and resolve issues that affect claims processing Data Accuracy: Ensure service details reflect true utilization and align with available funding Quality Participation: Assist with risk management, quality assurance processes, and completion of required investigations.
