About The Position

Vocca is seeking a Country Launcher to build, lead, and scale its US organization from the ground up. This is a unique 0→1 leadership role where the individual will initially be hands-on, closing deals alongside founding Account Executives (AEs) to establish standards and market understanding. The role will evolve into leading and coaching a world-class US sales organization, owning the revenue targets, team, sales playbook, and strategy. The company aims to build a sales organization capable of generating tens to hundreds of millions in revenue.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with strong full-cycle closing.
  • Some experience leading, mentoring, or building a team (leadership experience is a strong plus if ambition and track record are present).
  • Ability to build 0→1: process, playbook, hiring, forecasting, and culture with high autonomy and comfort in ambiguity.
  • Extreme ambition to build a sales organization that sells tens to hundreds of millions.
  • Extreme ownership, humility, and drive to build something meaningful.
  • Love being close to customers and turning feedback into execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into and building teams selling to healthcare provider organizations (multi-site groups, MSOs, DSOs, health systems) or adjacent health tech.
  • Experience hiring, scaling, or leading a US sales team.
  • Experience navigating security/compliance and integration stakeholders in complex deals.
  • Experience using tools like Attio, Notion, Slack, Apollo (or equivalent).
  • Existing network in US healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and scale the US organization from the ground up.
  • Close early deals personally alongside founding AEs to set the standard and learn the market.
  • Grow into a pure leader who hires, coaches, and runs a world-class US sales organization.
  • Own the number, the team, the playbook, and the strategy for the US market.
  • Become fluent in the product, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), positioning, and the US buying process for healthcare groups.
  • Drive pipeline and close deals, turning wins into a repeatable, documented process.
  • Establish the fundamentals of a sales organization: metrics, forecasting, pipeline reviews, CRM hygiene, and opportunity qualification.
  • Define the hiring plan and begin building the team by sourcing, interviewing, and making initial hires.
  • Feed field insights (objections, workflows, integration needs) back to Product and leadership.
  • Transition from player-coach to leader by hiring, ramping, and coaching a team of AEs and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
  • Own the US sales number end-to-end: pipeline generation, conversion, forecasting, and quota attainment.
  • Codify the US sales playbook, including ICP, MEDDICC-style process, pricing/packaging, ROI story, and navigation of procurement and security.
  • Build systems for a scaling organization: compensation plans, territory design, enablement, and a repeatable hiring and onboarding engine.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals for healthcare groups and set the team up to run them independently.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation with meaningful upside (founding-team equity).
  • Founding-team equity.
  • Comprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Employer-sponsored plans with partial support for dependents.
  • Access to a 401(k) plan.
  • Flexible time off: unlimited PTO, including vacation, holidays, and sick days.
  • Reimbursement for work-related expenses in line with company policy.
