Requirements

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years related experience in human resources functional area, HR Generalist
  • Superior knowledge of all human resources areas, with an expertise in limited functional areas.
  • Strong legal knowledge of the local environment.
  • Advanced business acumen.
  • Excellent communications skills, including influence and consulting.
  • Excellent program management skills, including implementation and feedback analysis; developed leadership skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into human resources initiatives.
  • Ability to manage change across a broad population.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience within Employee Relations is preferred.
  • Previous experience with supporting M&A activity from an HR support is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the U.S. Country HR generalist partner and business enabler for MADO-related workforce activities and transaction planning efforts.
  • Work closely with MADO Program teams to translate transaction objectives, timelines, and deal requirements into clear workforce considerations and HR actions.
  • Integrate the right HR stakeholders across Payroll, Total Rewards, Employment Law, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and other COEs to ensure U.S.-specific workforce impacts are addressed.
  • Review workforce due diligence inputs through a U.S. Country HR lens, identifying employment considerations, employee experience impacts, compliance implications, and execution dependencies.
  • Coordinate Country HR inputs for transaction-related processes while partnering with COEs where specialized expertise or process ownership is required.
  • Maintain visibility across key deliverables, decisions, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues with context, recommendations, and practical mitigation options.
  • Support the creation, review, and coordination of offer letter templates and employee transition documentation when required for acquisition or integration activities.
  • Advise MADO Program teams on U.S. employment requirements, workforce-related compliance matters, and potential employee integration risks.
  • Coordinate the review of employee communications, announcements, FAQs, and change management materials to ensure workforce implications are clear and appropriately addressed.
  • Identify ownership gaps, process dependencies, and workforce risks that may affect project execution, and recommend practical actions to support compliant and successful outcomes.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment so Country HR contributions, COE-owned activities, and MADO project requirements are clearly understood and connected.
  • Contributes to successful employee integrations, transfers, and separations while supporting business continuity, employee experience, and stakeholder alignment objectives.
