About The Position

HPE is seeking a Country HR US Business Integrator. Provides a full range of HR support and program implementation activities across multiple businesses, functions, and geographies. Delivers global programs and policies that are specialized for local or regional requirements. Acts as a consultant and partner in driving and implementing organizational design, transformation, change management, talent management, total rewards, workforce planning, and employee relations strategies and policies. Ensures HR programs are implemented based on business-specific priorities and legal requirements at the country level. Collaborates across the HR organization to deliver an integrated portfolio of services to employees. Systematically deploys policies and structures established by HR functions while delivering differentiated solutions based on unique business needs, local market pressures, and the competitive landscape. Supports talent acquisition efforts and partners with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and outsourcing activities to help enable employee integration success. Consults with managers and stakeholders on employee relations issues and interfaces with managers, employees, government agencies, and external representatives as needed.

Requirements

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • Typically, 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Experience advising leaders and HR Business Partners on employee relations, workforce transformation, organizational change, or business-facing HR matters.
  • Experience operating in a matrixed global organization and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong knowledge of HR programs, U.S. employment practices, and country-specific HR execution requirements.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business priorities into HR solutions.
  • Experience with employee relations, workforce planning, organizational change, and escalation management.
  • Advanced stakeholder management, consulting, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate unique circumstances, and make practical recommendations.
  • Strong analytical capability, including use of workforce and case data to identify themes, risks, and opportunities.
  • Project/program management experience and ability to coordinate cross-functional deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior Country HR point of contact for CHR matters in the United States.
  • Lead recurring touchpoints with HRBPs and participate in leadership discussions involving L2/L3 stakeholders when country-specific HR guidance is needed.
  • Act as an integrator between leaders, Business HR, Country HR, and COEs to coordinate timely resolution of people matters.
  • Identify HR support ownership gaps and recommend scalable solutions across the CHR US operating model.
  • Advise HRBPs and leaders on workforce transformation initiatives, reorganizations, workforce actions, and business integration efforts.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Legal, PR&C, and other stakeholders to support compliant execution of workforce activities and complex employee transitions.
  • Support change management planning, stakeholder readiness, communications alignment, and escalation management for pilot deliverables.
  • Review trends and lessons learned from workforce initiatives to calibrate Country HR support scope and operating model improvements.
  • Consult with HRBPs and managers on complex employee relations matters, escalating to PR&C, Legal, Security, or other COEs as appropriate.
  • Coordinate implementation of employment-related actions resulting from policy, compliance, investigation, or sanction processes.
  • Provide country-specific interpretation of policies and practices, balancing business priorities, employee experience, risk, and legal requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted escalation point for unique or complex people matters not resolved through standard channels.
  • Partner with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Care, MADO, Payroll, Mobility, Facilities, EHS, Legal, and other teams to implement people programs for US.
  • Represent Country HR in cross-functional planning forums and ensure HR program delivery is aligned to business-specific priorities.
  • Support MADO and integration-related activities where Country HR involvement is required.
  • Use data and stakeholder feedback to identify process improvements and inform leadership updates.
