About The Position

Gateway Supply is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Counter Salesperson to support sales growth and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. The role involves building customer relationships, identifying and meeting customer needs, writing and pulling orders, and offering product knowledge and recommendations. The Counter Salesperson will help maintain an organized work area and collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eagerness to learn Gateway Supply’s operations and products.
• Strong commitment to customer service.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
