About The Position

The Counter Sales Representative-HVACR role supports customers by using product expertise to help maintain clean water and HVAC services in their communities. The position assesses customer needs, offers personalized solutions, works cooperatively with team members to maintain inventory and sales standards, and properly enters and tracks sales. High-quality customer service and professionalism are central to the role. The position involves onsite attendance at the assigned location and may require working indoors or outdoors as the job requires.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge and skills common to two years of experience in an assigned business line, such as plumbing, waterworks, HVAC, or kitchen and bath.
Ability to maintain scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, sit and stand for extended periods, and kneel, squat, climb, and walk.
Ability to operate common office equipment, including computers and copiers.
Oral communication skills, including speaking, speech clarity, and speech recognition.
Written communication skills, including writing, reading, written comprehension, and written expression.
Physical demands include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 75 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.
